In the same fashion as Zab Judah, I helped shoot the latest installment ofLife+Times‘ The Corner w/ Welterweight Champion Robert Guerrero. For those that don’t know, Robert will be facing off with Floyd Mayweather May 4th (aka #mayday) at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. In the clip above, Rob and his (hilarious OG) pops Rueben speak on the upcoming bout and share the confidence in an ultimate victory.

“The mobile music app NervEight is now available for free in the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. The private launch event on Dec 14th, 2012 in Manhattan, NY was a success. Some of the up and coming artists present at the event were: Tyler Lyons, Velous, Drew Vision, Gregory Stutzer, Ca$h and K-Prime. The artists were featured on the app, given the opportunity to perform for the audience and also received feedback from music industry experts: Steven ‘PJ’ Whitaker, Tamika Stembridge, Esq., Jonnelle Fletcher, and Nathaniel ‘Richezz’ Ford, Jr. NervEight would like to thank: Bushmills, Vivienne Kelly, YourPartyHub, The Fourth Coming, Larro’s Kitchen and Catering, Betito Cupcakes, and the event’s Host ‘The King Celeb’ for their support and coordination in making the night a memorable success.”

We’re 19 days away from December 25th! As you know we have a goal off 500 Jackets! Right now we stand right under 150 jackets! Which means we need about 350 more!!

Many are still out of shelter and power due to hurricane Sandy so anything can help. We prefer coats but sweaters, hats, scarfs, anything to help keep those who are in the cold warm will be accepted. Thank you for your help in our efforts to rebuild the city.

Instagram Removes Twitter Integration

So this may be the end of social networking as we know it. When Facebook bought Intagram, Sysrom and Co. swore that the service would stay the same and not favor Facebook over any other social platform. Today marks the end of that treaty as we know it.

Instagram founder and CEO, Kevin Systrom confimred today that Twitter integration will be disabled. Instagram plans to completely remove the ability to embed photos in a tweet via Twitter cards. Now in order to see someone’s Instagram post via Twitter you need to click a link that will redirect you to the Instagram website or to the app.

“We wanted to make sure we direct users to where the content lives originally, so they get the full Instagram experience,” Instagram CEO Kevin System said, “It’s just about where do you go to interact with that image? We want that to be on Instagram.com because it has a better user experience currently.”
